We offer a variety of group classes that will push you to work hard while having fun with a motivated crowd. You can find a brief description of each of our classes below.
Row-Fit
This is a one-hour strength and functional training workout that incorporates short cardio intervals. Equipment used: rower machine, treadmill, elliptical machine, air bike, dumbbell, suspension training, balance ball, kettlebell, resistance band
HIIT and Abs
This is a one-hour total body burn, heart pumping, strength and cardiovascular conditioning workout. The concept of HIIT involves intervals of maximum effort followed by a period of rest. This class combines strength training with cardio bursts and is designed to help stimulate fat burning, building lean muscle and a strong core, and maximizing calorie burn both during and after the workout.
Burn-Out Red Zone
This is a one-hour workout focused on strength, coordination, explosiveness, endurance, and conditioning. Equipment used: treadmill, balance ball, suspension trainer, resistance band, wall ball
Strength Training Bootcamp
This is a one-hour class designed to help build strength and endurance while shedding excess fat. It includes circuit training, body weight exercises as well as core training for a complete workout. It is an athletic-based sculpting class that will give you that extra push and challenge you every time. This class will work your major muscle groups to define and strengthen your entire body.
Kickboxing
This is a one-hour calorie burning class that combines kickboxing movements, coordination and flexibility improvement, and lean muscle build up. Equipment used: punching bag, treadmill, medicine ball, jump rope, resistance band
Latin HIIT
This is a 45-minute high intensity interval training platform that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed, and maximizes calorie burn to the beat of Latin music. Equipment used: dumbbell, mini resistance band
Burn-Out Red Zone
This is a one-hour workout focused on strength, coordination, explosiveness, endurance, and conditioning. Equipment used: treadmill, balance ball, suspension trainer, resistance band, wall ball
Core Blast
This is a 30-minute core endurance and toning workout. No equipment is needed.
Punch-Out Cardio Boxing (Coming Soon!)

*Note: The Red City@home classes are shorter 30-minute sessions, which require no equipment. They will be taught using the Zoom application. Once the class is booked, contact 617-202-1046 or redcityfitness@gmail.com to receive the Zoom meeting link.
