Class Schedule Class Trial Promotion

Red City Fitness has the power of community: as individuals we can only accomplish so much–but as a group we can achieve even more! Join our fun, (but challenging!) 30 minute to one-hour classes to jump-start your work out dreams with others, or as an additional fun work-out to your 1:1 personal training.

Our Classes

HIIT and Abs

Get your blood pumping with this total body burn, heart pumping, strength and cardiovascular conditioning workout. The concept of HIIT involves intervals of maximum effort followed by a period of rest. This class combines strength training with cardio bursts and is designed to help stimulate fat burning, building lean muscle and a strong core, and maximizing calorie burn both during and after the workout.

Row-Fit

Join us for a strength and functional training workout that incorporates short cardio intervals. Equipment used: rower machine, treadmill, elliptical machine, air bike, dumbbell, suspension training, balance ball, kettlebell, resistance band.

Burn-Out Red Zone

Focus on strength, coordination, explosiveness, endurance, and conditioning with our one-hour Burn-Out Red Zone Class. Equipment used: treadmill, balance ball, suspension trainer, resistance band, wall ball.

Strength Training Bootcamp

Get the strength you’ve always wanted with this class designed to help build strength and endurance while shedding excess fat. It includes circuit training, body weight exercises as well as core training for a complete workout. This athletic-based sculpting class will give you that extra push and challenge you every time. This class will work your major muscle groups to define and strengthen your entire body.

Kickboxing (Coming Soon!)

Burn off the steam for the week with our calorie burning class that combines kickboxing movements, coordination and flexibility improvement, and lean muscle build up. Equipment used: punching bag, treadmill, medicine ball, jump rope, resistance band.

Punch-Out Cardio Boxing (Coming Soon!)

Punch your frustration away in our calorie burning class that combines boxing movements, coordination and flexibility improvement, and lean muscle build up. Equipment used: punching bag, treadmill, medicine ball, jump rope, resistance band.
